BELLEVUE, WA--(Marketwire - June 12, 2007) - EXIM Internet Group, Inc. ( PINKSHEETS : EXGN ), operator of B2B web properties, is concentrating its efforts to secure sufficient funding.
Since late November 2006, when the planned acquisition deal for LinkedWords.com (a major contextual platform) did not close due to significant valuation differences and the LinkedWords.com's decision to remain a private independent company, EXIM Internet Group had experienced some delay in the expansion of its core business as a top export/import industry web site operator. Therefore, the company has been and is concentrating its efforts to secure sufficient funding to regain a leading position in its market. There are presently active discussions being held with two different parties to strengthen the company's financial position, and management is confident to achieve positive results. These discussions also include the potential inclusion of other business activities, and EXIM will report thereon as material results are obtained.
